We’ll do butternut squash and pancetta risotto, Pesto risotto with pulled chicken, Tuna risotto from pantry, wild mushroom risotto, risotto cakes and we’ll also make arancini (risotto balls) we can stuff them with cheese, fry them up and enjoy! We’ll also round out the rice with a hearty salad and finish with a fragrant jasmine rice pudding.

What would breakfast buns be without the most delicious Grand Marnier Pecan Sticky Buns?! Next we will be working with braiding a bread by shaping a delicious Challah bread For the lemon lovers, we will be creating a new twist by making a Lemon Almond Roll which is rolled and twisted. The class will end with each team making sweet dough to take home. Please bring a medium size bowl and two brown paper bags.
