This program will introduce participants to a variety of different birds of prey while teaching the basics of the Sport of Kings (history, equipment and training, regulations, etc.). Participants will learn (and practice) how to handle and properly fly a bird before we take the birds “off the hook” and free fly them around the Gervasi grounds (with the birds flying down to each participant’s outstretched glove).
