Mediterranean Salad – Spring mix, roasted garlic, sundried tomato, feta, red onion with roasted red pepper vinaigrette

Seared scallops with cauliflower purée and roasted corn

Join us (Lake Metroparks) for the inaugural Under the Full Moon Pairing Dinner. Delightful food including Mozzarella Caprese Crostini’s, Prime Rib with fingerling potatoes and vegetables with a finish of cheesecake will be paired with local wines from Hundley Cellars. Red, white and dessert wines will be the toast of the evening.

While enjoying the food and wine, explore celestial sights with our telescope collection; weather permitting. Winter is an amazing time of year to explore the night sky as the stars sparkle like jewels and the moon shines brightly on cold, clear nights.
