Kayak your way on Nimishillen Creek from Martindale Park to the Middlebranch Trailhead at Spangler Ave, NE, roughly 1.5 mile. Hop out of the kayak and run or walk the Middlebranch Trail (~2.5 miles) to Gervasi Vineyard. Enjoy a post race gathering at Gervasi Vineyard with music and fun atmosphere.

Please note this event has a cap. There are 42 spots every 30 minutes. Once a wave sells out, it will close. There are eight waves available.

A fundraiser, the Ho Freakin’ Ho Celebration kicks-off at 6 p.m. and includes:

       The “Ho Freakin’ Ho” Concert featuring a brass orchestra performance by the Society of Misfit Musicians, a volunteer orchestral group (no cover)

       Jingle Balls and Santa’s Savory Sliders made with Lamppost Farm’s high-quality, grass-fed/pastured pork (for purchase)

       Birdfish Brewing Co craft beer; Diletto Winery wines and sangrias; and other spirits (for purchase)

Proceeds benefit Lamppost Farma 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization founded in 2007 for the purposes of Christian ministry and education. Lamppost Farm produces grass-fed/pastured beef, pork, broilers, eggs, turkeys, lamb, produce, as well as items by local artisans, in a farm setting designed to transform hearts and minds through meaningful encounters with others and God’s creation. The Dog Show registration begins at 2. Scott Paris will perform his acoustic show at this time. The actual show begins at 4 p.m. on Sept. 8, 2018. Categories include “prettiest female”, “most handsome male”, best trick, smallest, largest, “owner/dog look alike”. Vendors with unique pet items will be there as well as food and wine! Art show by animal artist Bex Moss! All proceeds benefit the Police K9 Association of Stark County!

11:00-11:45  Breitenbach Winery –Receive 2 wine samples as part of the tour & explore the Gift Shop (snacks available on own in gift shop)

12:00-12:40 Coblentz Chocolates – Watch chocolate production through viewing gallery – enjoy a chocolate sample  and shopping time

1:00-2:05 Baltic Mill Winery –  In the early 20th century this historic building was a working Mill. Visitors can enjoy their wine, and also notice the many chutes and machinery that have been preserved. The mill machinery remains the focal point of the second and third floors. Two wine samples & two sliders w/chips will be served

2:30 – 3:15 Yellow Butterfly Winery  – Enjoy 3 wine samples in this unique barn winery while watching the alpacas roam the meadow.

3:30-5:00 Raven’s Glenn Winery & Italian Restaurant – Settle in for a wonderful meal at this Tuscan style destination, your guest will enjoy a buffet meal featuring entrees of Chicken Parm & Sirloin Beef tips. Meal also includes salad, sides, breadsticks, dessert and one glass of wine.

5:45-6:45 School House Winery – Enjoy the final stop of the day as you sip your final four samples and take in the beautiful countryside scenery
