Vinyasa movements are smoothly flowing and almost dance-like\, which explains why it is sometimes referred to as Vinyasa Flow or just Flow. During this class you can expect to find your edge moving through flowing yoga sequences\, working up a sweat and ending with deep relaxation. All level yogis are welcome to come and enjoy a fun class that will have you moving with your breath and the music for an invigorating work out. \nBring your own mat\, check in when you arrive with your last name and afterwards feel free to enjoy dinner at one of the 3 restaurants on property.
