DESCRIPTION:We (Debonne’ Winery) are so pleased to have the Mentor High School’s Mannheim Orchestra performing again at the winery! Relax on the lawn and enjoy an evening of fine young musicians. This event is a FUNDRAISER for the orchestra\, so an Event/Parking Donation is requested. In addition\, the Grill will be open and will be donating 15% of all food sales back to the group. Concert starts at 6pm. Ticket/registration is NOT required and this event is open to the public\, but feel free to let us know you’re coming\, so we can be prepared!\n\nThe Mannheim Orchestra is an extra-curricular ensemble built with the top string students in the district. The students perform professional level compositions and\, like the Symphony Orchestra\, enter the OMEA State Orchestra Contest each year in the highest tier available. In order to be considered for this extra curricular ensemble\, students must score high enough on an entrance audition which requires a solo performance of music that is indicative of our OMEA class. These auditions occur in the spring and are open to any 8th grade string student as well as any student who has completed a year in the Concert or Symphony Orchestra.

DESCRIPTION:Mark your calendars for Buccia’s Winery in Conneaut on 7/24/18 at 6:00pm. Come and see the renovated winery and meet the new owners! Limited seats available. Cost varies and includes all supplies necessary to leave with a beautiful painted wooden sign and a glass of wine. These are done with a stencil so you don’t have to be crafty to get a great result. You might want to bring a t-shirt or apron to paint in. Please think about what colors you would like your sign to be in advance. You get to pick your background board color as well as your writing colors. There is no right or wrong. You do not need to let us know what colors you would like until the event. Think about were you will be hanging or placing it which will help you determine colors. Also due to time constraints\, you can only paint one sign.
