Vinyasa movements are smoothly flowing and almost dance-like\, which explains why it is sometimes referred to as Vinyasa Flow or just Flow. During this class you can expect to find your edge moving through flowing yoga sequences\, working up a sweat and ending with deep relaxation. All level yogis are welcome to come and enjoy a fun class that will have you moving with your breath and the music for an invigorating work out. \nBring your own mat\, check in when you arrive with your last name and afterwards feel free to enjoy dinner at one of the 3 restaurants on property. SUMMARY:Oberlin Heritage Center Offers A Robust Pairing of Wine and History
DESCRIPTION:The Oberlin Heritage Center will host an evening pleasing to palate\, ear and mind on Monday\, June 27\, from 7-8:30 p.m. at Vermilion Valley Vineyards. The event is open to the public and includes a sampling of fine wines with a taste of history on the side. \nDoors open at 6:30 p.m. and guests will be entertained upon arrival by the solo finger style and jazz guitar of musician Rich Holsworth. Through the evening\, participants will have the opportunity to sample a “flight” of six wines as Joe Juniper\, Vineyard co-owner\, shares details about the wine and winery. Light hors d’oeuvres and sweets also will be served. Following the wine tasting\, the Oberlin Heritage Center’s AmeriCorps/Ohio History Corps member\, Mary Manning\, will share a short presentation on The Great French Wine Blight of the Mid-1800s\, which altered the course of the entire wine industry. Reservations are required for this special event\, with a cost of $13 for OHC members and $15 for non-members. Vinyasa movements are smoothly flowing and almost dance-like\, which explains why it is sometimes referred to as Vinyasa Flow or just Flow. During this class you can expect to find your edge moving through flowing yoga sequences\, working up a sweat and ending with deep relaxation. All level yogis are welcome to come and enjoy a fun class that will have you moving with your breath and the music for an invigorating work out. \nBring your own mat\, check in when you arrive with your last name and afterwards feel free to enjoy dinner at one of the 3 restaurants on property.
