New demonstration cooking classes are now being offered in The Villa Grande\, led by GV Executive Chef Jerry Risner. Study Chef Jerry’s technique as he prepares three dishes during this enhanced dining event. Enjoy a generous portion of each course\, accompanied by a glass of wine (cash bar also available). You won’t go home hungry after this delectable demo! You’ll also receive a recipe packet to help you recreate your Cucina experience at home. \nMenu: Fresh Pasta Carbonara with Shrimp Beef Braciole Potato Gnocchi in Red Sauce\, Italian Green Beans Zabaione with Fresh Berries \nInstructor: Chef Jerry Risner \nPrice: $59 per person.
