New demonstration cooking classes are now being offered in The Villa Grande\, led by GV Executive Chef Jerry Risner. Study Chef Jerry’s technique as he prepares three dishes during this enhanced dining event. Enjoy a generous portion of each course\, accompanied by a glass of wine (cash bar also available). You won’t go home hungry after this delectable demo! You’ll also receive a recipe packet to help you recreate your Cucina experience at home. \nMenu: Chop House Salad Buttermilk Emulsion\, Roasted Tomatoes\, Pancetta\, Drunken Cherries\, Gorgonzola Pan Seared Ribeye Steak Creamed Spinach\, Pommes Frites\, Hollandaise Sauce Lemon Brule Cheesecake \nInstructor: Chef Jerry Risner \nPrice: $59 per person.
