The only thing better than a weekend of yoga\, is a weekend of yoga and wine. This yoga retreat is for all levels. \nCheryl Lemery Huntzinger teaches a variety of yoga\, from Power Vinyasa Flow\, Hot Flow & Yin Yoga as well as meditation. offering corporate classes\, retreats\, events & workshops for al levels (beginner-advanced) in the central Ohio area. \nResiding in Grove City\, Ohio\, Cheryl is self employed teaching and offering private classes from Peace yoga by Cheryl. \nDescription of classes included with the retreat: \n▪️Friday 2pm Class – Vinyasa flow in the Vineyard\nThis Vinyasa class is will apply strengthening and flexibility movements in the body\, united with the breath. this sequence is designed to awaken your mind\, body & soul to leave you with a sense of empowerment. All levels are welcome as modifications and assists are always available. Followed by a VIP wine tasting at a local winery (included in cost). \n▪️Friday 7:30pm – Bonfire & Meditation in the Woods\nAn evening by the fire to recharge and to cleanse. To nurture you\, to support you to create a sense of the fulfillment and wholeness. This guided meditation in nature will include movement and setting intentions and releasing and letting go of what is no longer serving you\, followed by Smore’s. \n▪️Saturday 8am- Vinyasa flow overlooking Lake Erie (same as Friday 2pm description). Followed by Breakfast at Crosswinds Grille\, a true Farm-to-Table experience (included in cost) \n▪️Saturday 2pm- Yin Yoga by the river\nYin yoga is postures of stillness from promoting growth\, clearing energetic blockages and enhancing circulation. Yin yoga addresses the more yin parts of the body: bones and connective tissue. Postures are deep stretches practiced on the floor and held for longer periods of time. It feels amazing! \nYin yoga helps:\n*balance the yin and yang aspects of ourselves\n*helps maintain health of connective tissue\n*helps develop a mindful meditation practice \nSaturday Afternoon – Winery Excursion to 4 or 5 local wineries in the Grand River Valley wine region (included in cost) \n▪️Sunday 9am- Yin Yoga (same as above class)\, followed by breakfast (provided)

Each card holder will receive 2 tastes of a pinot wine at each of the wineries.
