DESCRIPTION:$12 per class pre-registration – $15 per class walk-up\nTime:  6-7 pm \n(Tuesday July 5th\, Thursday July 28th\, Tuesday August 2nd\, Thursday August 18th\, Tuesday September 6th\, Thursday September 22nd) \nCome to the Pavilion for Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Yoga Strong Studio out of Canton. \nVinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement\,” and Vinyasa yoga is a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling. Vinyasa movements are smoothly flowing and almost dance-like\, which explains why it is sometimes referred to as Vinyasa Flow or just Flow. During this class you can expect to find your edge moving through flowing yoga sequences\, working up a sweat and ending with deep relaxation. All level yogis are welcome to come and enjoy a fun class that will have you moving with your breath and the music for an invigorating work out. \nBring your own mat\, check in when you arrive with your last name and afterwards feel free to enjoy dinner at one of the 3 restaurants on property. For attending the class receive a $3 discount off food at the Piazza or Crush House. Registration will be with the name the classes were purchased under. Pre-registration is highly recommended so we can schedule additional instructors based on the attendance. Walk-ups will be accepted as available for $15 per person. \n*All classes are non-refundable.
