We will be making 5 gallons of wine in the class. There are 4 classes total: Aug 26, Sept 2, Sep 16 & Sep 30. Each at 3 pm to 4 pm. We will learn how to clean/sterilize your home making wine equipment, learn to use the hydrometer, taste your wine throughout each class, use a can concentrate and take bottles home with you!
