The Grand River Valley region celebrates Ice Wine in April this year! We’ve upgraded our popular Sangria Class to feature Ice Wine! Learn about what makes this incredible dessert wine so special and about using Ice Wine as an ingredient in your cocktails and sangrias. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll make and enjoy samples of 2 Ice Wine Cocktails and 2 Ice Wine Sangrias along with snacks. Take home recipes, a reusable mini cocktail shaker and an ice wine glass. $30 per person. Participants must be 21yrs. Masks are required unless eating or drinking.
