Course 1: Stuffed Baby Peppers with Pancetta, Parmesan, Ricotta & Peas
Course 2: Arugula with apple and toasted pecans with red onions, dried
cherries topped with a lemon vinaigrette
Course 3: Roasted Ham and Pea Mac n Cheese
Course 4: Steak Oscar Filet Mignon
