Blushes & Berries-Food & Wine Tasting

Spend an evening among the tanks and barrels enjoying a delicious 5 course menu paired with various types of blush wines. Join us on Thursday August 2nd from 6:30-8:30pm. $55 pp includes tax, tip and wine pairing with each course. Reservations required in advance.
Course 1: Fresh greens topped with strawberries, Feta, walnuts,
and a homemade blush dressing-Austin Blush
Course 2: Warm brie topped with a
blackberry Dijon sauce-Concord Port
Course 3: Avacado toast-Cabernet Franc Rose
Course 4: Pasta tossed with a homemade lemon cream sauce & served with choice of shrimp skewer or 3 oz. filet medallion-Unoaked Cabernet Franc
Course 5: Fresh strawberry ricotta mousse- Grand Blush
