Kick off the 2017 Ice Wine Festival with a progressive dinner Friday night before the Saturday event. The evening begins at 6:30 p.m. at Grand River Cellars with delicious appetizers. Proceed to Debonné Vineyards for a wonderful entrée. Afterwards, move up the road to South River Vineyard for a delicious dessert. Our winemakers will pair each of the courses with his choice of wines. Reservations required. Seating is very limited and will sell out quickly. Friday, March 17th: Grand River Cellars: White bean, carrots and kale soup along with pear, pomegranate salad with gorgonzola and Champagne vinaigrette. Debonné Vineyards: Roast lamb with Irish Colcannon, fresh carrots & Irish soda bread
(Lenten option: Lemon Pepper Cod); Finish with ice cream topped with an ice wine compote of marinated fresh fruit and blush ice wine at South River Vineyards.
