Come hungry because Bahler Street Pizza will be cooking up wood-fired pizzas, and they will have a small campfire where patrons can make complimentary s’mores. Amish Country Donuts will also be set up on site, offering their big and tasty donuts.

Make plans to attend holiday cooking demonstrations with Hennis Care Centre Chef Matt Ridgway, who will use products available at the Holiday Market to create festive dishes to complement your Thanksgiving meal. At 4:00, Chef Ridgway will demonstrate how to make roasted root vegetable crostini with a beet purée, and at 6:00 learn how to make a three-cheese cauliflower gratin to serve this holiday season.
