Caesar Salad – Traditional Caesar salad tossed in a house made creamy dressing made from wild-crafted organic oil of oregano, olive oil, fresh lemon juice, garlic and parmesan cheese, topped with anchovies
Butter-Parmesan-Panko Crusted Wild King Salmon – Fresh Wild King Salmon baked with a parmesan-panko crust and served with a lemon cream sauce
Wild Boar and Sweet Peppers – Medallions of wild boar tenderloin sautéed with sweet peppers and onions in a red sherry wine sauce
Wild Game Lasagna – Ground elk and wild boar layered with five cheeses, pasta and red sauce
